Order Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.

 

 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are $12.95 per order 

 

Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping (Australia Post or equivalent): 3–10 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Delays

 

Kiddos is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, natural events, public holidays, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


 

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

 

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, Kiddos is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

However, we will happily assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrectly provided address.

If your order has not yet been shipped, email us immediately at contact@kiddos.net.au to update the address.

We currently ship within Australia only.


 

 

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

 

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying re-shipping fees.
