1. Overview
At Kiddos, we primarily sell pre-loved items, so slight signs of wear are expected. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
This policy explains when refunds or returns are available.
2. Return Timeframe
Customers must request a return within 31 days of receiving their order.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Items are eligible for return only if faulty. Pre-loved items returned for any other reason (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.
4. Eligible Returns
You may return an item if:
- it is faulty,
- significantly not as described,
- or otherwise covered by consumer guarantees.
Returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or minor wear are not accepted.
To process a return, customers must contact contact@kiddos.net.au and provide photos of the fault.
5. Return Shipping
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise arranged.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Non-Returnable Items
All items are returnable only if faulty. There are no additional non-returnable categories.
9. Local Pickup Orders
If a local pickup order is not collected, Kiddos will hold the order for 6 months. After this period, the order will be cancelled.
10. Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, Kiddos will issue a full refund once the return has been received and verified.
